Questions I Hear a Lot

Here are the answers to what most women ask me before we start. If your question isn't here, reach out. I answer everything.

Is this for someone like me?

If you're a woman 40 to 85, you've tried other things and they haven't stuck, and you're open to understanding yourself differently, then yes. This is for you. I work with women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. Different situations, same willingness to show up for themselves. That's all that matters.

What happens when I book a coaching call?

You get thirty minutes with me. We talk about what's been happening in your body, what you've already tried, and what brought you to me. I ask questions and I listen, really listen. By the end, you'll know whether one-on-one coaching feels like the right next step for you. No pressure either way. You leave with clarity.

I've tried physical therapy and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Physical therapy often treats the symptom, not the root. You do the exercises and feel better temporarily, then it comes back. I work differently. I assess what your nervous system is telling me, what your body actually needs, and where the real entry point is for your healing. I don't just treat the pain. I teach you why you hurt and how to move in a way that doesn't hurt. That's the difference.

I'm in perimenopause and nothing seems normal. Can you actually help with that?

Yes. Perimenopause is a massive nervous-system and hormonal shift. Most doctors don't address it well. I work with functional medicine health coaching, which means we look at the physical, emotional, and nervous-system pieces of what's happening. We use tools like peptides, essential oils, and targeted support to give your body what it's searching for. You're not crazy. Your body is changing. Let's work with it, not against it.
