I Believe Your Body Is Always Trying to Tell You Something.

I'm Betsy. Here's how I ended up doing this work, and why I'm here for you.

I was a competitive ski racer growing up in Vail. That was my life, my goal, everything I worked toward.

Then at Olympic development trials, a stress fracture in my tibia ended it all in one morning. I couldn't make the team. I couldn't ski.

For years after that, I lived with chronic back pain. I tried physical therapy. I tried everything. Nothing stuck. Then one day I walked into a Pilates studio by chance, tried a single class, and within two weeks my back pain was gone. I thought, there's something real here.

I trained in Pilates, became a teacher, and opened my business in 2012. For twenty years, I've been learning what actually works. I learned that your body is always trying to tell you something. I learned to trust my intuition about what someone needs. I learned that there's always a way in to the body, we just have to find the best way in for you.

But the biggest thing I learned was this: when someone finally understands why they hurt, when someone listens to the whole picture, the physical and the emotional and the nervous system all at once, everything changes. That's why I do this work. That's why I'm here for you.

Twenty Years of Hands-On Practice.

Trained in the Anna Hartman lineage and through the Barral Institute. Clients who have stayed ten, fifteen, twenty years because the work actually works.

I've trained in therapeutic movement, neuro work, essential oil modalities, and I'm completing my functional medicine health coaching certification so I can bring even more tools to your healing.

Most importantly: I test everything on myself first. The peptides, the oils, the approaches. I don't recommend anything I haven't walked through myself.

Betsy in her garden

I live in Centennial with my family. I love a good cup of coffee, and I'm usually planning my next hike or thinking about what's growing in my garden.

I read voraciously. I cook a lot. And I have a nervous system that's taught me everything I know about nervous system regulation, because I've had to regulate my own plenty of times.

I'm the kind of person who will remember details about your life and ask about them next time I see you. I care deeply about the people I work with. You become family.

If any of this sounded like you, let's talk.
